Mark Maier - President
With over 40 years of experience in construction, he has built a strong reputation through Maier Homes, a trusted name in homebuilding and land development since 1998. His focus on quality and detail has helped bring countless dream homes to life. He continues to lead home construction while also growing GRID26, a commercial construction company built on the same values. The company is taking on a range of commercial projects, all rooted in a commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family—especially his grandchildren—as well as fishing and boating in Holland, Michigan.
Joe Maier - Estimator & Project Manager
Joe grew up in a family that values hard work, gaining hands-on experience in excavation, carpentry, landscaping, and site supervision. After excelling in travel hockey and earning a business degree from Hope College, he knew construction was his path. His passion for commercial construction grew during an internship with DHE Plumbing and Mechanical, where he thrived in the fast-paced environment. Inspired by this, Joe and his father launched GRID26 to expand Maier Homes into the commercial sector, where he now helps drive growth and deliver quality projects. Outside of work, Joe enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
